Business Assistant
Responsibilities: 1. Receive orders, reply with delivery dates, and arrange shipment.
2. Customer inquiry sample processing, product quotation.
3. Sample arrangement and tracking.
4. Monthly reconciliation and invoicing.
5. Place a notice for mass production, send drawings to production, engineering, and quality inspection.
6. SAP system operation.
Requirements: 1. Experience or not is acceptable.
2. Priority will be given to hiring someone with a basic understanding of ERP system operations.
3. Strong ability to withstand pressure and coordinate.
4. Monday Friday 8:30-17:30.

Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers, maintain major customers, obtain trading rights from customers through sales methods, and obtain transaction amounts. Understand and grasp the various situations of customers and projects, and achieve mastery like fingertips.
2. According to the sales workflow, responsible for reception, factory inspection, negotiation, and transportation work, able to independently complete the entire business process.
3. Collaborate with the assistant to collect the expected payment from the successful customer.
4. Provide timely feedback on customer situations and various sales issues.
5. Cooperate with the business manager to complete market forecasting work.
6. Strictly abide by the company and sales department's various rules, regulations, and management methods.
7. Learn and absorb new knowledge, continuously improve one's professional level, learn in work, and work better through learning.
8. Handle various emergencies and complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, regardless of gender, with at least 3 years of work experience in business development or maintenance.
2. Good image, with good communication skills and affinity.
3. Have the ability to drive and visit customers.
